Terasest turvapiirete puhul on vastupidavus ja töökindlus hädavajalikud. Olgu tegemist maantee rajatisega või hoonete, seinte ja inventari kaitsmisega tänavatel või töökohtadel, tööstuslikud piirded peavad taluma suuri koormusi. Põrkepiirete kindlaks maapinnale kinnitamiseks on saadaval DIBt poolt heakskiidetud kaitsepiirde komposiitliimiga ankrukomplekt. See vastab ehitustoodete nõuetele (turvapostid, torukaitsed, terasklambrid) ja on seega kasutatav ka StVO piirkonnas, vastavalt DIN EN 1317-5 nõuetele põrketõkete süsteemide kinnitamiseks.

Komposiitliimiga ehk keemilised ankrud M16 (pikkus 165 mm) võimaldavad postid maapinnale kinnitada kiire ja lihtsa paigaldusega, kuivamisajaga vaid umbes 25 minutit (kuival pinnasel ja temperatuuril üle 5 °C).

Kinnitamine on lihtne: paigutage post ettenähtud asukohta, märkige kinnitusavad, puurige 18 mm läbimõõduga ja 125 mm sügavused augud, kasutades puurvasarat või lööktrelli. Puhastage augud, sisestage keemiline liim ja kasutage haamrtrelli ja padrunit, et kruvida ankruvardad sisse. Keemilise liimi padrunid kõvastuvad, fikseerides ankruvardad püsivalt. Kõvenemisaeg sõltub temperatuurist: 0 °C juures umbes 50 minutit, üle 5 °C 25 minutit ja üle 20 °C 6 minutit. Niiskel betoonil kõvenemisaeg kahekordistub. Pärast kuivamist ulatuvad keermevardad maapinnast välja umbes 4 cm, mis vastab ankru pikkusele rihvelduse kohal, toimides seadistussügavuse indikaatorina. Post kinnitatakse väljaulatuvate osade külge ja fikseeritakse kaasasolevate seibide ja mutritega. Pingutamiseks on vajalik 24 mm mutrivõtmega padrunvõti, rõngasvõti või pesavõti.
